I’m in my 50s. Until my early 40s I was always fit, active, and healthy. Good luck keeping me from exercising. But then a long illness (13 years) took my health and I gained over 100 pounds. I am fully recovered from my illness and have been for three years but have only lost 20 pounds. I exercise all the time but the medications I’m on make it hard to lose weight. Not. Giving. Up. In this String I will chronicle reclaiming my health and no matter how slowly, I’ll get there.
