The String of destiny

Gran Torino is a story about Walt Kowalski. Walt is a "Get off my lawn" type of guy, And a man who never really came back from the war. Due to unfortunate events he takes the kid next door under his wings trying to make him a man, To stand up against the world and the life of an imigrant. Directed and acted by Clint Eastwood himself. Clint is at his best in this role and makes the viewer realy understand how Walt`s life has become with his burdens after the war. The movie`s washed out color`s and exellent use of light makes the movie feel realy dark and gritty.
