Not exactly SF related, but very much related to this trip. With a total of about 240 miles walked this month and an average of about 1200 calories burned every day, I had a very serious jump start on my discipline and fitness. All this is thanks to @9vg08PJIHS_mWJBBU2TExA  and his relentless desire to improve himself, which inevitably rubbed off on me as well. 

I will definitely make sure all months going forward will look like this!

Documenting my journey through various gymnastics and calisthenics (maybe some weightlifting here and there?) training routines and exercises. This is mostly a journal for me to track my progress, but I encourage you to follow along, I am open to discussions and advice. 

Continuing the clean work (x3 speed), this time working on:
- 5 sets of hang power-clean & squat clean @145 lbs 
- 5 sets of squat clean @165 lbs

Planning on prepping for a max clean workout soon, after doing some more deadlift and front squat training sessions to improve muscle memory for this movement
